Who We Are

Track Ukraine is a volunteer-run project that documents the actions of politicians in congress, those running for office, and other individuals and groups of interest.

Voters, campaign volunteers, and donors all deserve to know exactly where candidates and incumbents stand on the most deadly war of aggression currently on earth, and the largest active internationally recognized occupation of territory on earth.

Transparency is a key goal of the project: tracking and scoring voting records, statements, actions, or lack thereof.

We perform our work for this mission so that those who believe in the American values of self-governance and self-determination can make informed decisions.

Track Ukraine also connects current and prospective legislators with those who have experienced the effects of the invasion firsthand: displacement, occupation, destruction of their homeland, being bombed, the incredible loss of living in a war zone or escaping when others couldn't, and seeing their culture targeted for erasure.

Understanding these realities is a necessity for those who will legislate the foreign policy of the most militarily and geo-politically powerful country on the planet. Their votes in Washington have power.

After 5 years of full-scale invasion, leaders must be bold about the need for immediate action.

The failed promise of a "24 hour peace" now fades into distant memory, and must be replaced by new, powerful decisions.

The United States of America placed Kyiv in the position of giving up its atomic weapons arsenal in exchange for security guarantees. Especially because we provided those assurances of sovereignty and security, the very nation that harnessed the atom cannot forget its commitments to the lives that depend upon them.

The reality of occupation, the promises the U.S. made to the people of Ukraine, and the heavy proliferation of Russian war crimes and crimes against humanity must be front and center in discourse around the war. We work to make sure that's the case.
